This report verifies that CBOSS adheres to the Payment Card Industry Security Data Standard (PCI DSS) and has the proper internal controls and processes in place to deliver high quality services to its clients.
A PCI audit is a rigorous assessment against the PCI DSS, a complex security standard developed by payment card brands to enhanced cardholder data security. The PCI DSS is made up of over 400 controls that focus on security management, policies and procedures, network architecture, software design, and other critical protective measures. Compliance with the PCI DSS is mandatory for any merchant or service provider that uses, stores, or transmits cardholder data. In accordance with the PCI Security Standards Council, KirkpatrickPrice’s Qualified Security Assessors performed the assessment for CBOSS to become PCI compliant.
