They both have years of experience in the healthcare field and bring valuable knowledge and skills to their new roles. ### James Cain James is a Youngstown State graduate with a BS in Management Information Systems. His number one strength is utilizing a consultative approach to truly understand his client's needs, and matching appropriate technology solutions for them using honesty and empathy. This has allowed for success in serving clients, as well as personal growth and satisfaction. The devil may be in the details, but understanding business needs and being able to help business leaders understand how his company’s solutions can best help them carries everyone involved to greater success and satisfaction. When not working, James enjoys music, travel, and technology, and often looks to combine these disparate endeavors as much as possible.   ### Laura Andrews Laura Andrews has been a sales executive for over 20 years, including 10 years as the National Sales Manager for a Medical Simulation Company working directly with key decisions makers both domestically and internationally associated with industries and organizations specializing in medical disciplines including universities and teaching hospitals to provide medical equipment utilized as a teaching resource with entry level employees. She participated in developing sales and marketing tools, as well as trained and mentored new sales representatives on company policies, products, and CRM systems. Laura is an executive leader with expertise in remote B2B and B2C sales, as well as all facets of account management, sales strategies, financial analysis, and excellent customer and vendor relationship skills. Laura’s greatest accomplishment is knowing she is providing her customers with the best product and service that fits each companies’ individual needs. Laura enjoys spending her free time hiking with her family and her dogs. Her fondest memories are traveling to corporate conventions around the country, and singing with her twin sister and their band.   James and Laura are both excited about their new positions, and look forward to helping even more healthcare organizations improve their payment processes with CBOSS.
